Smoked Sausage n’ Broccoli

Yields1 Serving

 6 oz Frozen Broccoli Florets
 1 tbsp Canola Oil
 ½ tsp Perfect Seasoning (more or less to taste)
 4 oz Conecuh Hickory Smoked Sausage

Pre heat oven to 420

Chop any large florets into smaller pieces. Place in a large bowl and toss in the canola oil until well coated. Pour out on to a cookie sheet and sprinkle with seasoning. (The more surface area of the broccoli touching the pan the better.) Place into oven for 20 minutes turning pan around after 10.

When done the broccoli should be slightly charred on the areas touching the pan (THE BEST PART!!)

While Broccoli is cooking chop sausage in to 1/2 in pieces. In a rocket hot pan cook the sausage until done.

Mix sausage and broccoli and enjoy!
