1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup Basil Leaves, chopped
8 oz Mozzarella, diced
CAPRESE SALAD DRESSING:
12 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
½ tsp Minced Garlic
½ tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Place Dressing ingredients in a jar and shake very well. Adjust to taste.

Place tomatoes, mozzarella and most of the basil in a bowl. Drizzle over dressing, toss gently.

Transfer to shallow serving bowl. Just before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with remaining basil.
