Crush the cheese using a fork, if you want to add some herbs, feel free
Add the flour, salt. instant yeast, oil and milk, and knead everything as a dough. The dough will be sticky at the beginning, continue kneading until it turns soft.
Grease a bowl with oil, cover the bowl, and set aside for at least an hour until the dough doubles in volume.
Punch the dough down, divide into 5 equal parts, shape them into balls.
Flatten each ball by hands, then use a rolling pin to roll the dough out in a circle.
Use a sharp knife to cut the circle into 8 triangles.
Take one triangle, stretch it with your hands gently.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
If using a filling, put some filling in then fold the edges of the dough well to avoid the leaking out during baking. Roll it tightly.
Arrange the rolls over a silpat or parchment paper lined over a baking tray. Continue the same process with the remaining dough balls.
Brush the top of each roll with the milk/butter mix, drop small pieces of butter between the rolls, then bake for 20 minutes.
Let them cool a bit, enjoy the rolls.
