7 Layer Bean Dip

This dip is a staple to have at ALL Florida vs Florida State games! My Aunt Karen got us hooked on this dip and we have been happy ever since! -Brannon

B’s Chips

Brannon started making these about the same time he started cooking the onion straws. Since then, we rarely purchase chips, since these are great for dips, taco salad, and just to munch on! -Janet

Crab Puffs

Thanks to our love of Oriental foods we have become hooked on the great Crab Puff. By making friends with the owner of a local oriental restaurant in Lakeland, Fl., we finally got the recipe from him and have loved them ever since. We even bought our Won Ton Wrappers from the man! -Brannon

Marinara Sauce Dip

I used to make this dip all the time with Kelli when we were in middle school. I remember making this dip one time, and adding so much garlic salt to the dish that when my father tried it, it did something to his vocal cords and for the next day he was very hoarse. That dip was probably the tastiest one yet! -Janet

MeMaw’s Salsa

We have seen my Grandmother, MeMaw, make this salsa for a long time. You can gage the heat by her reaction… Mild = a slight reddening of the cheeks. Med = Scratching the top center of her head with her middle finger Hot = a series of hiccups that remove most of the oxygen from the room. Do keep in mind that this heat scale IS based off a women who carries crushed red pepper in her purse! -Brannon

The Wisconsin Trio Cheese Fondue

This recipe came from the Club Fondue Journal from the Melting Pot. It is a VERY good cheese appetizer, and one that we get often when we visit. -Janet We did this recipe for our Valentine’s Dinner this year (2012)…I can’t not express how GOOD it is! If there is any left, save it and use it as the cheese on a sandwich, yum…yum..yum!! -Janet

Bite Size Baked Brie

We tried these one Thanksgiving and they were very yummy! The sticks didn’t hold up well, but as a “hot pocket” version, they were very good and worth doing, especially if you are like Hall and LOVE brie! -Janet

Bloomin’ Onion Bread

So very yummy!!! And don’t hesitate to try other flavors and combinations! So far I haven’t had a bad version of this bread yet! -Janet
