This is a modified version of the Air Fryer Everything Bagels found at SimplyScratch.com. While those turned out okay for us, we modified them to fit our taste and texture wants.
Air Fryer Bagels

Preheat AirFyer to 250F.

In a bowl, measure and add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.

Add in your flavorings, and stir.

Next, add in the greek yogurt, switch over to a rubber spatula and mix until combined. Shape into a ball and turn out onto a floured surface.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each piece in a little flour before rolling into a 10-inch rope.

Thoroughly beat the egg with a splash of water. Brush the tops and sides of the bagel with the egg wash

Place a sheet of parchment onto a cookie pan/baking sheet (rimmed). And scatter your toppings (see notes) onto it.

Place each bagel onto the seasoning and gently press. Reshaping the bagel if necessary.

Sprinkling more toppings on the exposed side of the bagel, if desired.

Place bagels in air fryer (depending on the air fyer size, you might need to cook in batches). Cook for 20-25 minutes.

Reduce temp to 200F, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until firm to the touch.

Remove and allow to cool before enjoying.
Note
Flavorings and Toppings:
Think of your most favorite bagels, and have fun. Mix and match to your hearts desire.
For Everything Bagels, put in garlic powder and onion powder into the dough, and use the Everything Bagel toppings as toppers.
For Asiago, add shredded Asiago cheese to the dough, and top with more (but you might want to put the toppings on at the last 10 minutes, so as to not burn the cheese).
