Mix the ½ package of the Taco Seasoning with the Refried Beans, and spread over the bottom of a 13" x 9" casserole dish. Top with a layer of Guacamole, then a layer of Sour Cream.
Drain Chilies and sprinkle over Sour Cream. Add a layer of diced Tomatoes, followed by a layer of finely diced Spanish Onion.
Top with the Shredded Cheddar Cheese, and serve with the chips found in the Munchies section or your favorite chips.
This munchy can easily be made into a meal by adding two simple ingredients. Brown 1 pound ground beef, seasoned to taste, and place in between the Refried Beans and Guacamole layers. Add ½ head of shredded lettuce in between the Spanish Onion and Shredded Cheese layers, and serve with B's chips, or in a taco salad bowl.
