7 Layer Bean Dip

This dip is a staple to have at ALL Florida vs Florida State games! My Aunt Karen got us hooked on this dip and we have been happy ever since! -Brannon

 16 oz can of Refried Beans
 ½ pkg of Taco Seasoning
 12 oz Guacamole Dip
 12 oz Sour Cream
 4.50 oz can of Green Chilies
 1 medium Tomato, diced
 1 medium Spanish Onion, diced
 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Mix the ½ package of the Taco Seasoning with the Refried Beans, and spread over the bottom of a 13" x 9" casserole dish. Top with a layer of Guacamole, then a layer of Sour Cream.

Drain Chilies and sprinkle over Sour Cream. Add a layer of diced Tomatoes, followed by a layer of finely diced Spanish Onion.

Top with the Shredded Cheddar Cheese, and serve with the chips found in the Munchies section or your favorite chips.

This munchy can easily be made into a meal by adding two simple ingredients. Brown 1 pound ground beef, seasoned to taste, and place in between the Refried Beans and Guacamole layers. Add ½ head of shredded lettuce in between the Spanish Onion and Shredded Cheese layers, and serve with B's chips, or in a taco salad bowl.
