Matt and Kelley often accompany us when we go out to the Melting Pot, and for dessert, we always get Smores Fondue. My favorite memories are from watching Kelley's reaction to the chocolate-marshmallow combination. I think she refers to it as "Don't need a man good" ;) I can't say that I disagree with her, yum!!! -Janet
Arrange all the sweet treat plate ingredients on the presentation plate.
In the double boiler, melt the chocolate and whisk in the half and half.
Transfer chocolate mixture to the fondue bowl, and make sure it's heat source is on.
Place the marshmallow fluff in the center of the chocolate, and pour the rum over the marshmallow.
Turn down the lights for ambiance, and using the match or long barrel lighter, light the rum.
Give it just a few seconds to toast the marshmallow, and then with the long handle spoon, stir the marshmallow fluff into the chocolate. The flames will go out as you mix, but be careful of the flame until it is out.
Once mixed in, sprinkle the crushed graham crackers over the chocolate, and enjoy!
